Heibei Haiyue wearproof material and technology Co. Ltd., whose predecessor is Qian’an Haiyue wearproof  metal material plant was established at Oct 2001. The company has 450 employees which include 102 medium and senior technical staff, and the gross asset is around 1, 800, 000, 000RMB. It is 195 kilometers west of Beijing, 120kilometers of Tianjin New Port, and 90 kilometers south to Jingjin Port, 75 kilometers east to Qinhuangdao. Through the area goes the Beijing-Shenyang highway and National Rod 102. We have been identified as provincial-level high-tech enterprises in 2003, and affirmed as “11 Hebei Province Supported Growing Private Enterprise” by Hebei Province People’s Government and provincial-level enterprise technical center in 2006. We renamed to “Heibei Haiyue wearproof material and technology Co. Ltd.” and in 2007, at the same time, “Hai Yue” trademark was identified as Hebei province famous trademark, three kinds of products were identified as Hebei province high quality product, a number of scientific and technological achievements were awarded patents, and obtaind provincial-level identification.

we have a vanishing mold production line whose sale is the biggest in China and a compatible molding line of sodium silicate sand and alkaline phenolics sand. We have three 100,000 KVA transmission line, advanced smelting equipment, heat treatment equipment, testing equipment, and are able to produce all kinds of castings, special steel ingots and forging blanks of different materials, weight and difficulties. We have an annual output of 80,000 tons of production capacity and are known as “casting carrier".
